Claire was part of the Crux team that merged with Malloch McClean in 2023. Prior to joining Crux/MMCA, Claire has enjoyed a wide range of experience including gaining her Chartered Accounting qualification at KPMG before moving into the Tax Software space as national Tax Manager for Thomson Reuters’ ONESource tax software suite of products. After having children Claire began the move into a public practice in a part time role to better balance her professional and personal life. Since then she has enjoyed focusing on Xero clients, charities and a wide range of small to medium sized business at various firms in Auckland and Nelson.

Outside of work Claire keeps busy with a husband, two young children and dog. You can almost always find her with a good coffee in her hand and she also enjoys hiking, yoga and reading in the sunshine.
